**Role:** As an Implementation Engineer (often considered a Field Engineer role), you'll work hands-on with Roboflow's customers to ensure they successfully implement and operationalize computer vision solutions using our platform. You'll be a technical expert guiding customers through deployment, integration, and optimization processes.

**Responsibilities:**
*   Work directly with customers post-sale to understand their specific implementation requirements and environment.
*   Guide customers through the setup, configuration, and deployment of Roboflow, including edge deployment scenarios (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Luxonis OAK, Raspberry Pi).
*   Assist with integrating Roboflow into customer workflows and systems.
*   Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide solutions.
*   Develop best practices, documentation, and potentially code examples to aid customer implementation.
*   Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Support, and Engineering teams.
*   Gather customer feedback to inform product development.

**Ideal Candidate:**
*   Strong technical skills, particularly in software development, systems integration, or DevOps.
*   Experience with computer vision deployment, including edge devices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes).
*   Proficient in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python).
*   Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
*   Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
*   Customer-focused attitude with a desire to ensure customer success.
*   Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys tackling diverse technical challenges.
