**Role:** As a Recruiter at Roboflow, you will play a crucial role in scaling our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across various departments (Engineering, Sales, Product, Operations). You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help shape our company culture.

**Responsibilities:**
*   Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
*   Source potential candidates through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, etc.).
*   Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
*   Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
*   Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
*   Extend offers and negotiate terms.
*   Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
*   Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

**Ideal Candidate:**
*   Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within a fast-growing tech startup environment.
*   Experience recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineers, ML Engineers, etc.) is highly desirable.
*   Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
*   Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
*   Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
*   Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
*   Proactive, determined, and passionate about building high-performing teams.
*   Understanding of the AI/ML or developer tools space is a plus.
