**Role:** As a Support Engineer, you are on the front lines, helping Roboflow users successfully utilize our platform and troubleshoot technical issues. You'll provide expert assistance, create helpful resources, and act as a bridge between our users and the product/engineering teams.

**Responsibilities:**
*   Respond to user inquiries and technical support requests via various channels (e.g., email, forum, chat).
*   Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to dataset management, annotation, training, deployment (cloud & edge), and our SDKs/APIs.
*   Reproduce reported issues and escalate bugs to the engineering team.
*   Develop and maintain support documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
*   Identify trends in support requests to provide feedback for product improvements.
*   Contribute to the Roboflow community forum.

**Ideal Candidate:**
*   Technical background with experience in software development, IT support, or a similar role.
*   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
*   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
*   Experience with web technologies, APIs, and potentially scripting (e.g., Python).
*   Familiarity with computer vision concepts or machine learning workflows is a major plus.
*   Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or edge devices is beneficial.
*   Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
*   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
