**Role:** As the IT & Security Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our internal IT systems, supporting our team's technology needs, and implementing and maintaining security best practices and compliance requirements throughout the organization.

**Responsibilities:**
*   Manage internal IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Okta).
*   Provide IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
*   Manage employee onboarding/offboarding processes related to IT access and equipment.
*   Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
*   Manage security tools (e.g., endpoint detection and response, vulnerability scanners).
*   Assist with security audits and compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2).
*   Monitor systems for security threats and respond to incidents.
*   Manage IT asset inventory and procurement.

**Ideal Candidate:**
*   Proven experience in an IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Security Operations role.
*   Strong knowledge of operating systems (macOS, Linux, Windows), networking concepts, and IT hardware.
*   Experience managing common SaaS applications and identity providers (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace).
*   Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
*   Experience with security tools and technologies (firewalls, EDR, SIEM) is a plus.
*   Experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 is highly desirable.
*   Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
*   Strong communication and customer service orientation.
