Responsibilities:

  • Develop highly scalable server-side features using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
  • Build back-end services and APIs with a focus on Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Work in an AWS cloud-based, event-driven microservice architecture
  • Optimize web performance and ensure high availability
  • Collaborate with technology teams across Rockstar’s worldwide studios

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in scalable distributed systems
  • Expertise in C# and/or C++ with strong object-oriented design skills
  • Experience with API design, web service scalability, and security practices
  • Database development experience with MSSQL
  • Proficiency with source control (preferably Perforce)
  • Background in online gaming systems, networking, or relevant APIs
