About The Role: We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our platform team. You will be responsible for building the core infrastructure that powers our automation agents. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems and a passion for building scalable, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend services for our platform
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend and platform teams to deliver a seamless user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in languages like Go, Python, or Java
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
