Software Engineer

About RWX:

RWX is a CI/CD platform that provides a serverless execution model for continuous integration and delivery. Rather than parallelizing jobs on VMs, we provide a serverless interface using a graph of tasks. We then have automatic, content-based caching, which eliminates the large amount of redundant executions that CI platforms have today. You can test changes from a local CLI so that you don’t have to commit and push to run. We’ve made substantial improvements to every aspect of the developer experience.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for backend-focused engineers who excel at building developer tools. Our engineers are effectively product managers as well and work highly autonomously.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend systems for our CI/CD platform
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable code in our primary programming languages
• Work autonomously and take ownership of features from conception to deployment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in backend engineering, with a focus on building scalable systems
• Strong proficiency in languages such as Go, Python, or Java
• Experience with CI/CD systems and infrastructure
• A track record of building and maintaining complex distributed systems\n- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this role is $175,000 - $250,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in RWX’s equity plan.
