Software Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement scalable software solutions for our neural engineering platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, researchers, and clinicians
- Optimize algorithms for real-time processing of neural data
- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration between hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in a production environment
- Contribute to the architecture and design of our full-stack technology platform

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Rust, C++, or Java
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
