Company: ScribbleVet is an AI-powered scribe for veterinarians, saving them hours daily, reducing burnout, and improving animal care. We're generating real ($XM/yr) revenue, have users who love the product, and operate fully remotely (US timezones) with a collaborative environment allowing for autonomy and easy teamwork. Our AI generates complete veterinary SOAP notes within minutes, features customizable templates, draft client emails, and is specifically built for veterinary terminology across various specialties.

Role: We are looking for a versatile Designer to join our team full-time. This role spans both product design (UX/UI for our web and mobile applications used by veterinarians) and marketing design (creating assets like landing pages, trade show materials, email templates, social media graphics, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the marketing team to understand user needs (veterinarians, vet techs) and business goals.
- Translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces and compelling marketing visuals.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for product features, ensuring a seamless experience for busy veterinary professionals.
- Design and iterate on marketing materials (landing pages, trade show assets, digital ads, presentations) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Maintain and evolve our design system and brand guidelines across both product and marketing.

Requirements:
- Strong product design skills with a significant focus on UX and a portfolio demonstrating this.
- Proven experience in founding, being an early employee, or building products/features from scratch.
- Demonstrable experience designing marketing assets (landing pages, digital ads, print materials like trade show banners).
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote team operating within US timezones.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant product and marketing design work is required.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing needs.
- Passionate about user experience, solving complex problems for users (veterinarians), and understanding the veterinary domain is a plus.
