Sema4.ai is building an enterprise platform to develop, deploy, and run AI agents at scale. Our platform enables businesses to automate complex, high-value tasks requiring human-like reasoning using their own LLMs, VPC, and data, going beyond traditional RPA and chatbots. Founded by experienced individuals from Hortonworks, Docker, and Cloudera, we are a well-funded startup with deep infrastructure and OSS roots, aiming to reimagine how work gets done.

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join our platform team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and building the core infrastructure that powers agent-based workflows for enterprises. You'll contribute across the stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and underlying infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using React.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of our platform running on Kubernetes (K8s, Helm).
- Work with cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS.
- Integrate with data platforms like Snowflake SPCS.
- Help build and improve observability within the platform using tools like OpenTelemetry (OTel).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a distributed team setting.

- Experience with our core tech stack (Node.js, React, K8s, AWS) is highly desirable.
- Bonus: Experience with observability tools/platforms, infrastructure automation, or building developer platforms.
