Senior Product Engineer (Backend)

Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer (Backend) to join our world-class team. You will be instrumental in building and scaling the core infrastructure of our AI-first revenue automation platform.

Responsibilities:
*   Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Kotlin and Postgres on GCP.
*   Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
*   Work hands-on, ship code frequently, and iterate based on customer feedback.
*   Engage directly with customers to understand and solve complex financial problems.
*   Take ownership of features and systems from design through deployment and monitoring.
*   Contribute to architectural decisions and help maintain high engineering standards.

Technical Skills Required:
*   Strong proficiency in backend development, particularly with Kotlin (or similar JVM languages like Java/Scala).
*   Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
*   Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
*   Experience designing and building APIs.
*   Knowledge of TypeScript and React is a plus, but not required.
