SerpApi, the leading API for scraping search engine results, is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer. Join our remote-first team committed to transparency, high trust, async communication, and profit sharing.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will take ownership of significant parts of our system, designing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring SerpApi's APIs, features, and infrastructure. You'll leverage your deep expertise in our tech stack (Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, JavaScript/React.JS) and deployment environments (Linux/DigitalOcean). Responsibilities include leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers (if desired), contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our services. We practice continuous integration, continuous deployments, code reviews, and code pairings.

We are looking for seasoned engineers with a proven track record of building and scaling web applications and APIs. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a remote, async environment (primarily GitHub) and making high-impact decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality are essential. Experience with web scraping or search engine technology is a plus.
