SerpApi, the leading API for scraping search engine results, is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our remote-first team. We operate in a high-trust environment focused on transparency and client satisfaction. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and sales support to our diverse client base. Your primary goal is to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes while using SerpApi. This involves understanding their use cases, troubleshooting technical issues related to API integration and usage, guiding them through features, gathering feedback for the product team, and maintaining excellent, proactive relationships. You will be a key interface between our customers and our internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical aptitude (comfortable with APIs, basic scripting, debugging), outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed. Experience in a SaaS or API-based company in a customer-facing technical role (Support, Sales Engineering, CS) is highly desirable. You must be adept at working remotely and communicating asynchronously.
