As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, with a strong emphasis on technical positions. Your core responsibilities will include developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview processes with hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones, managing candidate communication effectively, and ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience. You will partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and contribute to building a diverse and talented team.

We require proven experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced tech company. You must be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly suited for an async, remote environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools is essential. Experience in software engineering is a plus, enhancing your ability to assess technical candidates.
