Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Create detailed technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code for new features.
• Analyze usage patterns and provide insights to help clients optimize performance and cost.
• Escalate complex technical issues to engineering, ensuring clear hand‑off and resolution.
• Conduct training webinars and one‑on‑one sessions, gathering feedback to inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate with product marketing to develop case studies and white papers.
• Measure NPS and customer satisfaction, driving initiatives for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years in a customer‑facing technical role, preferably in SaaS or API‑centric companies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Ruby, Node.js, Python, Go).
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills across distributed systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to technical audiences.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API rate limiting.
• Proactive in learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with teams.

Compensation

• Salary 70 $k–100 $k, equity, profit sharing, and complete benefits.
