Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain community platforms (GitHub Discussions, Discord, Twitter, Reddit).
• Create educational content: tutorials, blog posts, vlogs, and webinars that explain how to use the API in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Go, Rust, and Java.
• Attend conferences, meet‑ups, hackathons, and coding‑bootcamps to promote SerpApi and gather user feedback.
• Maintain the official SDKs, ensuring they are up‑to‑date, well‑documented, and feature‑complete.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize community‑requested features.
• Act as the voice of the customer in internal meetings, turning user pain points into product enhancements.
• Measure community engagement, content reach, and developer adoption metrics.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in developer advocacy, technical evangelism, or community management.
• Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in writing code samples in multiple languages (Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with API design, HTTP/2, OAuth, and best practices for developer experience.
• Experience using tools: GitHub, Slack, Discord, Medium, Dev.to, and conference video tools.
• Ability to analyze metrics, iterate on educational content, and report on outreach ROI.

Compensation

• Salary 100 $k–125 $k, equity, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.
