Seeking a Staff AI Agent Engineer to build and improve the core AI capabilities of Shortwave. You will work on developing, training, and deploying AI models and agents that power our communication features. Responsibilities include researching cutting-edge AI techniques, implementing robust backend systems, and collaborating with product and design teams. Strong background in AI/ML, software engineering, and relevant technologies (e.g., Python, LLMs) required.
