Seeking a Customer Success & Growth Superhero to support our users and drive growth initiatives. You will be the voice of the customer, helping users get the most out of Shortwave, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities also include contributing to growth experiments, onboarding new users, and potentially managing community forums. Excellent communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential.
