About The Role: We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering team, where you will play a key role in designing and developing full-stack applications that power our clinical AI platform. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of our product, while also mentoring and guiding the team.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

• Design and implement full-stack features for our clinical AI platform.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Write clean, testable code in multiple languages and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

What You’ll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-stack development with languages like Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in SmarterDx’s equity plan.
