**About The Role:** We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our ML Engineering team, where you will play a key role in leading and growing our machine learning engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of our AI infrastructure, while also mentoring and guiding the team.

**What You'll Do / Responsibilities:** 
- Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for ML infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to align on technical requirements.
- Ensure high-quality code and systems delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

**What You'll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams, preferably in ML/AI domain.
- Strong technical background in machine learning and software engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in scaling engineering teams and processes.

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $170,000 - $230,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in SmarterDx's equity plan.
