Role: Seeking a Staff Software Engineer with a Backend focus.

Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for our clinical AI platform. Lead technical projects, mentor other engineers, and contribute significantly to architectural decisions. Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of backend services handling complex clinical data.

Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience in backend development (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js), system architecture, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and API development. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices, and processing large datasets. Proven ability to lead complex projects and make high-level design choices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
