Role: Seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform/DevOps team.

Responsibilities: Manage and grow a team of platform and DevOps engineers responsible for our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and overall system reliability and scalability. Define the team's roadmap, set technical direction, and ensure operational excellence. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Work closely with other engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs.

Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing engineering teams, specifically in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps domains. Strong technical background in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools, and monitoring systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
