Role: Seeking a Senior Data Scientist.

Responsibilities: Lead complex data science projects from conception to deployment. Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve challenging problems in clinical AI and healthcare analytics. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML/AI.

Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience in applying data science and machine learning techniques to real-world problems. Deep expertise in statistical modeling, ML algorithms (including deep learning), and relevant tools (Python, SQL, ML libraries). Proven ability to lead projects, work with large and complex datasets, and communicate results clearly. Experience in healthcare, NLP, or clinical data analysis is highly desirable. Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative field preferred.
