Role: Seeking a Machine Learning Research Scientist focused on Distributed Post Training.

Responsibilities: Conduct research and development into novel techniques for adapting, fine-tuning, and improving large language models (LLMs) and other ML models after their initial training phase, particularly focusing on distributed systems and efficient computation. Implement and evaluate these techniques on large-scale clinical datasets. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate research findings into our platform. Publish research findings when appropriate.

Ideal Candidate: Strong research background in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence (PhD or equivalent research experience preferred). Specific expertise in areas like model adaptation, continual learning, parameter-efficient fine-tuning, knowledge distillation, or related post-training techniques. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Familiarity with distributed computing concepts and tools. Strong programming skills (Python).
