**About The Role:** As a Registered Nurse (RN) Healthcare Advocate at Solace Health, you will bring your clinical expertise to support patients navigating complex healthcare decisions. You will serve as a trusted healthcare resource, helping individuals and families understand their options, access appropriate care, and advocate for themselves. This role combines your nursing background with patient support to create a unique impact in healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide clinical guidance and support to patients based on your nursing expertise
- Help patients understand medical terminology, treatment options, and healthcare procedures
- Review patient medical histories and current conditions to provide appropriate recommendations
- Stay current on healthcare policies, treatments, and provider networks
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure patients receive evidence-based care recommendations
- Address patient concerns and questions with clarity, compassion, and clinical accuracy
- Help patients understand insurance coverage and eligibility requirements
- Identify and connect patients with specialized resources and services
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
- Provide follow-up support to ensure patients achieve desired health outcomes

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Active Registered Nurse license with current state license and unrestricted privileges
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare systems
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficiency in using digital tools for patient communication and record-keeping
- Experience in healthcare or patient advocacy preferred
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in relevant state(s)

**Compensation:**
This role offers competitive pay for a 1099 contract position, with benefits commensurate with the role. The estimated pay range for this position is $30-45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
