Our mission is to restore the promise of the U.S. healthcare system by making it more accessible, clear, and supportive. **About The Role:** As the Advocate Community Lead at Solace Health, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading our network of healthcare advocates. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting advocate volunteers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to effectively support patients. This role combines leadership with a passion for healthcare advocacy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruit, onboard, and train new healthcare advocates for our platform - Develop and implement training programs for advocates - Provide ongoing support and mentorship to advocate volunteers - Create and maintain advocate resource materials and tools - Monitor advocate performance and provide constructive feedback - Organize community events and advocacy training sessions - Stay current on healthcare policies and advocate development best practices - Build relationships with healthcare organizations and advocacy groups - Develop advocate recognition and appreciation programs - Maintain detailed records of advocate activities and performance metrics **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - 3+ years of leadership or management experience - Proven ability to recruit and train volunteers or community members - Strong organizational and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience in healthcare or patient advocacy preferred - Ability to develop engaging training materials and presentations - Proficiency in using digital tools for volunteer management - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in healthcare administration, public health, or related field - Experience with healthcare systems and patient advocacy preferred
