Advocate Community Lead

**About The Role:** The Advocate Community Lead will oversee our network of health advocates, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles. This position requires leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare advocacy.

**Responsibilities:**
- Recruit, train, and mentor health advocates
- Develop resources and tools for advocate success
- Monitor advocate performance and provide feedback
- Stay current on healthcare policies and regulations
- Represent Solace Health at healthcare conferences and events
- Build relationships with healthcare organizations

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of healthcare advocacy or management experience
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team success
- Deep knowledge of healthcare systems and policies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
