Role: We are seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer for an on-site role in Reston, Virginia.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using the Microsoft stack.
- Work on multiple projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver successful projects.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.

Technical Skills:
- Strong background in software design and development (.NET).
- Proficiency with .NET Core / C#.
- Experience building web services using ASP.NET Web API.
- Front-end development experience using Angular, React, or another modern Javascript framework.
- Experience with Object-Relational Mapping using Entity Framework.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ASP.NET Webforms is a plus.
- Experience with cloud services like Azure or AWS.

Ideal Candidate: A senior-level .NET developer with a proven track record of delivering complex applications, comfortable working across the full stack (backend-focused with JS framework experience), and experienced with database design and development.
