Role: We are looking for super-talented AI Engineers to help us build out our products extremely fast.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms for IP-related tasks (drafting, prosecution, analysis).
- Work with large datasets relevant to patents and inventions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI features into the platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in NLP and generative models.

Technical Skills:
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and MLOps practices.
- Experience with data processing and databases (e.g., Postgres).

Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience.
- Passionate about building cutting-edge AI products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
