Founder's Associate

**About Solve Intelligence:** Solve Intelligence is a fast-growing AI startup backed by Microsoft and Thomson Reuters. We're building tools to help IP professionals work more efficiently with AI.

**About The Role:** We're seeking a Founder''s Associate to support our founders in various aspects of the business. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the founders, gaining exposure to startup operations, product development, and technical implementation. This is a unique chance to learn about building AI products and contribute to our early-stage success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist founders with product development and roadmap planning
- Help implement technical features and understand codebases
- Support user research and feedback collection
- Assist with company operations and processes
- Help create and execute marketing materials
- Support customer onboarding and engagement
- Assist with data analysis and reporting

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- Strong interest in AI and intellectual property
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical understanding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript a plus)
- Experience with design tools (Figma/Sketch) a plus
- Passion for startups and innovation
- Reliability and proactivity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
