About The Role: We’re seeking a Member of Product & Partnerships Counsel to help grow our platform and establish strategic partnerships. This role combines product development focus with business development responsibilities, creating a unique opportunity to shape both our product direction and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with complementary companies
• Work with legal teams on partnership agreements
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback
• Define product requirements and features
• Present product vision to stakeholders and investors
• Analyze usage data to inform product decisions

Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in product management or business development
• Understanding of AI and IP industries
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience with product analytics tools
• Portfolio demonstrating product strategy or partnership success
• Ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
• Experience working with legal teams on business agreements
