**About The Role:** As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll contribute to our engineering team across various domains. This role is ideal for engineers looking to work in a startup environment and make a significant impact on multiple aspects of our platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain backend services using FastAPI and Postgres
- Build and deploy infrastructure using Terraform and AWS
- Contribute to frontend components using React and Tailwind
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Mentor junior team members
- Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- Solid foundation in software engineering principles
