**About Sourcegraph:** As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Sourcegraph, you'll bridge the gap between our engineering team and customers. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, deploy Sourcegraph solutions, and provide hands-on technical support. This role combines technical expertise with customer success, making you an invaluable part of our mission to transform software development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
*   Deploy and configure Sourcegraph solutions at customer sites
*   Provide technical guidance and support to customers during implementation
*   Collaborate closely with our engineering team to identify customer requirements and product improvements
*   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
*   Train and educate customers on best practices for using Sourcegraph tools
*   Gather feedback from customers to inform product development

**Required Skills:**
*   3+ years of professional software development experience
*   Strong technical background with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure
*   Proficiency with deployment tools and methodologies
*   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*   Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
*   Experience working with customers in a technical support or consulting role
