It's the quickest way to implement best GitOps practices for your cloud resources. From startups to large enterprises, we help teams around the world move faster with confidence.

We have a deeply technical product, trying to build something customers love to use, and have a lot of happy and satisfied customers. We promise interesting work, the ability to open source parts of the project which don't give us a business advantage, as well as healthy working hours. Our values are Ownership, Transparency, Humility.

## The Role: Mid-level Software Engineer ##

We are looking for mid-level software engineers who want to contribute to every aspect of building new functionality – from the discovery, delivery, testing, to release. We build highly technical products that need both good understanding of problems our users face and excellent engineering to nail the solution.

**Responsibilities:**

* Building scalable solutions in Go with a strong focus on pragmatism (Backend is 100% Go with AWS primitives).
* Owning features end-to-end from the discovery process, through creating designs to implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
* Tackling sophisticated technical challenges involving multiple technologies while keeping the user experience delightful.
* Keeping learning about how engineers around the world build their infrastructure in order make their day to day work easier.
* Participating in the on-call rotation ("You build it, you run it").
* Doing DevOps'y stuff sometimes, embracing the spirit of our company.

**The Team:**

We work in small product teams of up to 8 people – a team lead, backend and frontend engineers, a UX/UI designer, and a product manager. We work closely, pair on problems, move fast with continuous deployments, deliver features iteratively, and have transparent communication.

## About You (Ideal Candidate) ##

* Passion for building products, love for tech, and interest in the problem space (DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Developer Experience).
* Experience in the tech industry (software engineering, platform, or/and DevOps). The careers page mentions 3+ years hands-on programming and 4+ years in tech for the combined Mid/Senior posting.
* Hands-on experience in programming in a compiled language (e.g., Go, C++, Java, C#). Golang experience is a plus.
* Experience implementing software that utilized at least one major cloud provider — AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. We use AWS primitives extensively.
* Familiarity with the concept of IaC and ideally experience working with an IaC tool, i.e. OpenTofu/Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, or SaltStack.
*   Excellent communication skills.
* Experience working in early-stage startups, creating and/or contributing to open-source projects or founding a company is a strong plus.

## What We Offer ##

*   B2B compensation: $80,000 to $110,000+ annually (range specified for Mid/Senior combined).
*   Equity package.
* 26 days of paid time off annually.
*   Learning & education budget.
* Option to work from anywhere within European timezones (CET +/- 2h).
* Innovative culture shaping the future of cloud infrastructure management.
* Healthy working hours and flexible work environment.
* Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tooling like Claude Code.
