Role: Staff Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and scale Spara's core product suite, user interfaces, and backend systems, including complex sales workflow orchestration systems. Lead technical design and implementation for major features across the stack. Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to build robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Technical Skills: Expertise in full-stack development with a proven track record of building scalable web applications. Strong proficiency in Python (specifically FastAPI) for the backend and React/TypeScript/Tailwind CSS for the frontend. Deep experience with PostgreSQL (ideally including pgvector for AI integrations), Google Cloud Platform services, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Ability to architect complex systems and make sound technical decisions.
