**About The Role:** We are seeking a deeply technical and creatively curious Founding AI Engineer to build the thinking infrastructure for our AI tools. You will design AI systems that feel like magic, creating invisible excellence by connecting, suggesting, and updating work across dynamic document graphs. This role requires ownership, technical expertise, and a passion for AI-assisted software engineering.

**Key Responsibilities:**
*   Design and optimize AI pipelines managing real-time document propagation across semantic graphs
*   Develop robust prompting strategies for LLMs powering relationship suggestions and content propagation
*   Build the AI orchestration engine enabling automatic, invisible document updates
*   Establish evaluation metrics for propagation accuracy, suggestion relevance, and latency
*   Collaborate with design and product to ensure AI supports emotional design philosophy
*   Guide internal AI tool usage across product, design, and engineering workflows

**Required Skills:**
*   Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
*   Deep understanding of LLMs and prompt-engineering
*   Experience building AI systems with productized workflows
*   Strong programming skills (TypeScript, Swift, Python, Go, Rust)
*   Familiarity with agent-based systems or AI orchestration frameworks
*   Ability to iterate quickly based on product design needs
