**About The Role:**

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing full-stack applications that power our mobile platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build features that enhance our platform's capabilities and user experience.

Your primary focus will be on building scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in ensuring the end-to-end functionality of our platform, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement full-stack applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
- Contribute to the team's technical roadmap and architectural decisions.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Staff Software Engineer, preferably in a full-stack role.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Solid knowledge of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
