We are seeking a versatile Technical Operations & Lead Data Analyst to join our executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and CTO. This role offers significant leadership potential and the opportunity to own the analytics stack, drive data-driven decisions, and lead cross-functional projects. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, designing experiments, and overseeing product and operational launches.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to extract insights and monitor key performance metrics.
* Drive projects from ideation through execution, ensuring decisions are data-driven.
* Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to streamline processes and refine workflows.
* Oversee the launch of new products, features, and process changes, managing launch strategies and post-launch iterations.
* Design and run experiments to optimize product and operational performance.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of technical experience across strategy, operations, product, engineering, or analytics roles.
* Expert-level SQL and data analytics skills, with experience in forecasting models and market analytics.
* Hands-on backend development experience, particularly in building data integrations and ETL processes using low-code and AI tools.
* Keen attention to detail with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* A creative, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for efficiency, process automation, and continuous improvement.

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this role is $125,000 - $175,000 USD, plus equity options. This role is eligible to participate in Stack Influence's equity plan.
