About The Role: As the Events Lead at StackBlitz, you’ll drive our event strategy and execution for both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll organize and execute events that generate awareness, leads, and engagement for our platform, showcasing our innovative technology in the software development space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with business objectives
• Plan, organize, and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events including webinars, workshops, product launches, and conferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure events align with overall business goals
• Manage event budgets and ensure maximum ROI from all event-related expenditures
• Build and nurture relationships with event partners, sponsors, and influencers to enhance event impact
• Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Create compelling content and experiences highlighting StackBlitz’s technology and differentiating us in the market

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in event management, particularly B2B and B2C contexts
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with a track record of successful event delivery
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Experience in the tech industry or software development space preferred
• Passion for innovation and deep understanding of how events drive business growth

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, with potential for equity participation. This role is eligible to participate in StackBlitz’s equity plan.
