About The Role: As a Customer Experience Engineer at StackBlitz, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our users have exceptional experiences with our platform. You’ll bridge the gap between our technical infrastructure and customer needs, helping to identify and resolve issues while gathering insights to improve our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain tools and systems that enhance customer support and self-service capabilities
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify pain points and implement solutions
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and support tickets to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop documentation, tutorials, and other educational materials to help customers get the most out of StackBlitz
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to both customers and internal teams
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles or customer support
  • Strong technical background with programming knowledge (JavaScript, Node.js preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Passion for helping others succeed with technology

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000, with potential for equity participation. This role is eligible to participate in StackBlitz’s equity plan.
