Stealth AI Healthcare Startup is a seed stage AI company backed by top tier VCs, on a mission to ensure patients get the coverage they deserve and providers get paid fairly by debugging core problems in the US healthcare system with a modern tech stack and AI. The founding team comes from ex-YC, Amazon, Meta, and Harvard Business School backgrounds with previous successful exits, and we currently have a 6+ month customer waitlist.

We are hiring our first engineer outside the founders for a Founding Engineer role (backend-leaning fullstack).

You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, design the right solution, and build features from zero to one. You will own entire parts of the roadmap and tech stack, wearing multiple hats in an insanely fast paced, high ownership environment focused on solving real problems in healthcare.

Our tech stack includes AWS, K8s, React, and Rust, but prior experience with these specific technologies is not required – we'll teach you!
