As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting and implementing critical backend services using Go. You will tackle complex scaling challenges, work with technologies like CockroachDB, RocksDB, WebRTC, Raft, and Redis, and provide technical leadership. Responsibilities include leading design discussions, mentoring other engineers, and driving innovations in our backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in Go, distributed systems, and a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions for high-traffic applications.
