As a Lead Backend Engineer, you will lead a team of talented Go engineers in developing and maintaining Stream's core backend services. You will be responsible for technical direction, project execution, and mentoring team members while remaining hands-on with Go, CockroachDB, RocksDB, WebRTC, Raft, and Redis. You'll drive best practices in coding, testing, and scalability. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive experience in Go and backend systems, and a passion for building high-performance, scalable applications.
