As a Principal Backend Engineer, you will be a technical authority within Stream, shaping the future of our Go-based backend architecture. You will tackle our most demanding engineering challenges, drive long-term technical vision, and mentor senior engineers. Expertise in Go, distributed systems, high-scale data stores (CockroachDB, RocksDB), real-time communication (WebRTC), and consensus algorithms (Raft) is crucial. The ideal candidate is a visionary technologist with extensive experience designing and building massively scalable systems, and a recognized expert in the Go ecosystem.
