About The Role: We are seeking a Junior AI Agent Engineer to join our AI Agent team, where you will play a key role in supporting the development and deployment of AI agents for security automation. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and test AI agent features under supervision.
• Assist in debugging and optimizing AI models.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on design reviews.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in software development or AI/ML.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, or Java.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and machine learning fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a team environment and learn quickly.

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in StrongDM’s equity plan.
