About The Role: We’re seeking talented Animators (2D/3D) to join our passionate team. This role requires expertise in bringing educational stories to life while using AI tools to streamline animation workflows. You’ll play a key role in creating content that captivates young audiences and supports our mission of making complex topics accessible. Lived experience as a parent is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design and animate engaging educational content for ages 3-9 using 2D and 3D techniques
• Develop custom animation tools and pipelines using AI optimization
• Collaborate with writers, educators, and developers to translate learning objectives into visual narratives
• Create age-appropriate characters and environments that maintain educational integrity
• Optimize animation workflows to accelerate production while maintaining quality
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Ensure all content aligns with safety standards and educational best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in animation (2D/3D) with a portfolio demonstrating educational or children’s content
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (Blender, Maya, Adobe After Effects, etc.)
• Experience with AI animation tools and techniques is highly valued
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate content creation
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to visualize educational concepts
• Parental experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Portfolio showcasing animation samples with educational applications
