Product Manager

**About Supabase:** 
Supabase is an open-source, fully remote company building developer tools for Postgres. We offer a Postgres database, vector extensions, auth, real-time functionality, storage, restful APIs, and edge functions. With over 3 million managed database instances in production, we empower developers to build applications faster.

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. You will work closely with engineering teams to define features and drive innovation in our developer platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and prioritize product roadmap based on customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Build and maintain product documentation and specifications
- Develop and track product metrics to measure success
- Present product vision and strategy to stakeholders
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch
- Gather and analyze market trends to identify opportunities
- Work with design and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit

**Required Skills and Ideal Candidate:**
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or developer tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with agile product development methodologies
- Deep understanding of developer needs and pain points
- Ability to work with technical teams to bridge business and technical requirements
- Experience with Postgres or database technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with open-source projects and communities
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
