About The Role: We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join our core engineering team. This is a pivotal role that will shape the technical direction of the company. You will be responsible for designing and building foundational systems that power our integration layer. As a founding engineer, you will have the opportunity to influence product decisions, mentor other engineers, and drive innovation across multiple domains.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of our core integration platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features that enhance our natural language capabilities.
• Optimize our system for performance, cost-efficiency, and security, leveraging best practices in distributed systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Engage with our user base to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in building scalable distributed systems, with a strong foundation in computer science principles.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A track record of leading technical initiatives and driving innovation in engineering environments.
• Deep understanding of API design, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide projects from conception to deployment.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 plus equity between 0.5% and 2%. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and impact.
