Customer-facing Engineer

About Supergood: Supergood generates and maintains unofficial APIs for products without APIs. Our customers use our APIs to unlock new customers of their own, and build previously inconceivable features without flaky browser automation nor engineering overhead. We’ve raised $4mm in seed funding from top operators including Max & Nellie Levchin (CEO/Founder Affirm + PayPal) and Zach Perret (CEO of Plaid). 

**Role Overview:** As a Customer-facing Engineer at Supergood, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will help them integrate our platform, provide technical support, and gather feedback to drive product improvements. This role combines technical expertise with customer success skills.

**Key Responsibilities:** 
- Guide customers through API integration processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to showcase new features
- Gather customer feedback and prioritize product enhancements
- Develop training materials and documentation
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders

**Required Skills:**
- Strong technical background with understanding of APIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with customer success or technical support
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and web technologies

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, plus equity in our startup. Benefits include health insurance, unlimited PTO, and a collaborative remote-first culture.
