The Role

As a Product Engineer at Surge, you’ll work on cutting‑edge projects that directly impact the AI industry. You’ll collaborate with a small, dynamic team of engineering leaders and ML practitioners from top tech companies to build products that support advanced AI training techniques.

• Develop innovative solutions to enhance annotation efficiency using the latest AI advancements.
• Create intuitive interfaces for data exploration and visualization, including tools for RLHF processes.
• Design and implement systems for large‑scale data processing to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Build interactive products to effectively communicate complex instructions to our workforce.
• Contribute to products that facilitate the collection and analysis of human feedback for RLHF and other AI training methodologies.
